Companies or individuals interested in exploring offshore contract manufacturing or sourcing in Asia should complete the accompanying Submission Form and return it to Access Asia.
	Upon receipt, we will review the submitted information and then set-up at time to contact you by phone to discuss the opportunity in greater detail. This happens within 3 to 5 business days from date of submission. Please note that we do not profess to be “all things to all people”. Although we may be forced, for a variety of reasons, to decline unsuitable submissions, we will make every effort to refer you to other resources for possible help.
	Once the opportunity has been discussed and we are in mutual agreement to proceed, you will be requested to provide us with digital photos and engineering drawings. We will contact you in a timely manner if we have any questions.
	The next step is for us to share necessary information and images with our engineer team leaders in Hong Kong or Bangkok depending on the items being manufactured or sourced. Any questions are clarified by our US office.
	Our engineers will approach our network of certified manufacturers or supply sources to discuss basic product requirements and solicit preliminary pricing and manufacturing requirements. All inquires are handled in the strictest confidence.
	Access Asia will provide you with a written estimation of unit pricing and an overview of production related requirements and shipping information. This will be followed-up by a phone call from a member of our management team to clarify any questions that you may have.
	At this stage, Access Asia is often engaged to commence product development, comprehensive production cost analysis & feasibility studies or product sourcing activities. Clients will be responsible for a mutually-agreed-upon nominal retainer fee to partially offset direct expenses that will be incurred by Access Asia. As noted in our Fee Structures page, retainers are, in most cases, fully refundable upon reaching certain bulk production order quantity thresholds.
