All initial consultations
are provided by Access Asia as a free, no obligation
service to potential clients. This includes accurate
FOB cost estimations for products to possibly be
manufactured or sourced by Access Asia. |

When we are engaged to commence product
development, comprehensive offshore production
cost analysis & feasibility studies or product
sourcing activities, clients will be responsible
for a mutually-agreed-upon nominal retainer fee
to partially offset related expenses that will
be incurred by Access Asia. Retainers are, in most
cases, fully refundable upon reaching certain bulk
production order quantity thresholds. |

Services involving intellectual property
protection, consulting, market research and training
are quoted on a per diem or project basis depending
on our client’s preference. In the event
that clients are forced, for whatever reason, to
change direction and stop a project midstream,
our fees will be pro-rated accordingly and the
balance will be promptly returned. |

Compensation for our international sales
and marketing services, including licensing arrangements,
is structured on a ‘pay-for-performance’ basis.
In most cases, a reasonable advance against commission
or royalties is paid to Access Asia to help defray
initial direct costs that will be incurred on our
client’s behalf. |
All fee structures are discussed and agreed upon in advance
and are a function of the size, scope, and complexity
of the project as well as anticipated allocation of our
resources.
As a convenience for our clients, we accept most major
credit cards for payment of retainer fees and advances.
In the case of contract manufacturing and sourcing, Access
Asia also has a wide range of credit options for the
financial settlement of bulk production orders.
